• All pressure regulators for the entire pneumatic system are located at the front right section of the machine for operator convenience

• Sectional pressure adjustments to all overhead feed rollers ensure desired pressure settings.

Vertical Spindle Adjustment
up to 60 MM

• Allows two or more setups on the vertical spindle saving time on the tool changes.  The 60mm adjustment is ideal for utilizing the full 60mm length of a planing head.

Convenient Spindle Adjustment

• All control levers for the spindles are located at the front of the machine for convenient adjustment.  Each spindle is provided with a mechanical digital readout, giving accurate adjustment.

Centralized Lubrication

• All necessary adjustments and slides throughout the machine are lubricated from a centralized location.

Powered In-Feed Table Roller

• Allows positive traction especially for hard to feed materials.

Hydraulic End Bearing Support on Horizontal Spindles

• Specially designed hydraulic end bearing supports on the horizontal spindles ensure maximum stability when performing high speed, jointed cutting and heavy duty machining.

Air Loaded Chip Breakers

• Ideal for constant feeding .  Consistent pressure giving constant stability on the top face of the material.  Essential when running at high speeds.

Convenient In-Feed Adjustment

• Two levers located at the right side in-feed. Unlocking and movement are in the same location.

Over Material Thickness Protection

• The in-feed is equipped with an overhead flap.  Which will stop the feed if the material is over sized.

Air Loaded Side Pressure Wheels

• The in-feed side pressure guides are air loaded for constant pressure for uneven width material.

Universal Spindle

• Can be used and tilted to several positions for complicated cutting applications.

Digital Spindle Positioning Controller

• Available to any of the cutting spindles.

• Permits fast, convenient and excellent accuracy for spindle positioning.

ATS System

• The ATS system employs a PLC control combined with a touch sensing screen for operator convenience

• The control provides a 200 set up memory capacity.

Feed Magazine

• Provides constant feeding with no gaps particularly with short stock.  Thus increasing the rate of production and also is a good safety feature particularly on very short pieces.

Profile Jointer

• The fully automatic profile jointer is controlled remotely for operator convenience.

• The knife profile jointing is preformed directly on the moulder during operation. Eliminates down time, ensures all cutting knives are in track, giving superior finish at high speeds.

• The jointing stone is pneumatically operated.

Straight Knife Jointer

• The fully automatic straight knife jointer is controlled remotely for operator convenience.

• Automatic movement of the jointing stone allows fast and accurate knife joints.

Double Hold Down Pressures

• Double hold down pressures can be added with the following movements of x, y & z giving independent pressure to the uneven materials such as crown moulding, chair rail, etc. While also, giving firm overhead support on the complete width of the material.
