ULTRA      GSE-523

The GSE523 is ideally suited for the smaller cabinet and millwork shop.  Great for the smaller profiles, S4S, tongue and grove and other short run types of manufacturing.

Convenient Spindle Adjustment

• All controls for the spindles are located at the front of the machine for convenient adjustment.  Each spindle is provided with mechanical digital readout, giving accurate adjustment.

Side Front Pressure Plate on Left Vertical Spindle

• Fully eliminates unsmooth problems when feeding short or narrow stock.  The pressure plate is easy to adjust.

Convenient In-Feed Adjustment

• Two levers located at the right side in-feed. Unlocking and movement are in the same location.

Over Height Protection

• The in-feed  is equipped with an overhead flap.  Which will stop the feed if the material is over sized.

Front Chip Breaker and Rear Pressure Plate

• The front pressure plate devices  have a retracting feature, which fully avoids damage on cutters caused by an over-height work piece.  The rear pressure plate provides extremely uniform accuracy making it parallel to the table surface.

Feed Magazine

• Provides constant feeding with no gaps particularly with short stock.  Thus increasing the rate of production and also is a good safety feature particularly on very short pieces.

Adjustable Short Stock Pressure Roller

• The pressure roller for short stock can be raised quickly providing maximum convenience while changing the fence side cutterhead.

Universal Spindle(Optional)

• This spindle can be tilted for complicated cutting jobs.
